Last updated: October 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By visiting our website, creating an account or buying a course you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Courses and access
Our courses are digital products. After successful payment you receive access through the student portal using the email address you provided at checkout. Access is personal to you and is not transferable.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share your login with other people. We may suspend accounts that are shared or misused.
4. Payments
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
5. Refunds
Our 7-day money-back guarantee is described in the Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All course videos, slides, templates, spreadsheets and written material are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own learning.
- You must not copy, record, redistribute, resell or publish course materials.
- You must not use the materials to train other courses or products without written permission.
7. Educational purpose only
Our courses are for education and general information. They are not accounting, audit, tax, legal or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional and the official standards for your specific situation. Course content is based on standards as understood at the time of recording and may not reflect later changes.
8. Certificates
A certificate of completion confirms that you completed the course. It is not a professional qualification or accreditation from any standard-setting or professional body.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the courses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IFRS Masterclass is registered, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
